Currently there are two methods to notify staff leaving UKCEH
- The People Team post new starters and leavers spreadsheets in Johnny Kam's workday account (this has been amended to include Tim Waterfield receive the files)
- Line managers email cehwebsupport@ceh.ac.uk that a member of staff is leaving
After a member of staff had been identified that they have left, a check is done on the corporate website to determine if there is an account registered to the member of staff
If an account is found, the account is deleted and all content published by the member of staff is assigned to anonymous
Quite often the Comms team will have to be notified of staff leaving in case the member of staff has an account on the Hub
PhD students
Separately about every 6 - 12 months, Johnny Kam will go through the staff pages to identify PhD students and will check on how long they have left with UKCEH
