This note is to let you know that we are planning to upgrade to the CEH installation of JIRA (Issue management software) to the latest version (4.2) on Tuesday, 30th November 2010. This update has to be done to keep our installation up to date current, allowing us to continue to receive vendor support and ensure all necessary security patches are applied.
