The overall objectives of each course are to ensure participants:

(info) are conversant with assessment objectives;
(info) have a basic understanding of radionuclide transfer, dosimetry and radiation effects;
(info) know how to use available tools;
(info) can interpret the results;
(info) understand the implications of how the tools are used.

The course were an adaptation of those we have run in the UK, with especially the practical exercises, being focused to more local interests
