Advisory Group
The Advisory Group for the project is largely composed of representatives from the user community (industry and regulators). The objectives of the group are to:
- Ensure good knowledge exchange of the project outputs with the user community
- Provide critical and constructive feedback on all aspects of the project
- Identify priorities for research activities and tool improvement
Members of the advisory group currently include:
- England and Wales Environment Agency - chair (UK regulator)
- Scottish Environment Protection Agency (UK regulator)
- VT Nuclear Services (formerly British Nuclear Group Project Services Ltd, UK industry)
- Rolls-Royce Nuclear Sector (UK engineering company with nuclear interests)
- Westinghouse Springfields Fuels Ltd (nuclear licensed site in the UK)
- Électricité de France (EdF) (French nuclear power producer; now owns British Energy)
- Vattenfall (European energy producer, industry)
- Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission CSNC (Canadian regulator)
- Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority STUK (Finnish regulator)
- Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority (Norwegian Regulator, ERICA Tool consortium leader; ICRP Committee 5 Member)
- Norwegian University of Life Sciences (provider of graduate/postgraduate education in radioecology)
All members of the Advisory Group have been offered a free place on one of the courses.
